Rand Refinery invites applications for its Commercial Graduate Programme, an 18-month development initiative designed to provide recent graduates (ages 25–35) with structured work experience, training, and mentorship. The programme’s goal is to equip graduates with the skills, confidence, and practical exposure they need to transition into the professional workforce and contribute to business operations. Successful candidates will gain insight into our business value chain, working alongside professionals across multiple functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Work Readiness Workshop – A structured induction designed to prepare graduates for success during and after the programme
• Practical Work Experience – Hands-on exposure to business processes and projects guided by a structured development plan
• Mentorship – Assignment to an experienced mentor within the department for professional guidance and career development
• Regular Feedback – Ongoing performance reviews and coaching to track progress and growth

Qualifications

• Successfully completed one of the following qualifications with a minimum overall aggregate of 75%:
• BCom in Supply Chain / Logistics Management
• Bachelors in International Trade & Auditing and Risk Management
• Degree in Environmental Science / Diploma in Safety Management
• Bachelors in Marketing
• Bachelors of Computing / Data Science
• BTech / National Diploma in IT (Applications, Asset Management, and Data focus)
• BA / BCom / Honours in Psychology
• BCom in Accounting / Finance
